修学院離宮から北へ、緑豊かで閑静な住宅街にあります。
伝統芸能に真摯に向き合い日々研鑽を積むご夫婦が、より快適にスムーズに住まうためのリノベーションをしました。
1階はこだわりキッチンのあるLDKと旦那様専用の和室があります。
家の中心に吹抜けを配置して、どこにいても家族の気配が感じられるような間取りになっています。
階段を上がると、ご夫婦所蔵の本や趣味のものが並ぶ大容量の本棚、寝室、WIC、家事室があります。
吹抜けには建主さんのご要望で、集魚灯をペンダント照明として使用しています。


This house is located in a quiet residential area with abundant greenery, north of Shugakuin Rikyu.
We renovated this house to make it more comfortable and smooth to live in for a couple who are earnestly devoted to traditional arts and studying them day by day.
On the first floor, there is a LDK with a particular kitchen and a Japanese-style room exclusively for the husband.
The atrium is placed in the center of the house, creating a floor plan that allows the family to feel the presence of their family members wherever they are.
Going up the stairs, there is a large bookshelf lined with books and hobbies belonging to the couple, a bedroom, a WIC, and a housekeeping room.
In the atrium, at the request of the owner, a fishing lamp is used as pendant lighting.
