仁和寺の近く妙心寺駅から徒歩圏内の閑静な住宅街にあります。

敷地形状は旗竿地でした。建物が建てれる場所は、北南東3方向に
隣家が接近して立つという日射取得が難しい立地条件下での設計でした。

西側には水路があり「２階の南西方向であれば、かろうじて遠くの山が見渡せ
日射取得できるかも」ということを手がかりにプランしていきました。

1階からは望める景色があまりなく、寝室と子供部屋と水回りを配置し、
2階にトップライトを設けたLDKとしました。

施主様はデザインへの愛情と造詣が深く、それを共有し一緒に詳細まで詰めていく作業は
とても充実したものであり、結果として上質で素敵な住まいとなりました。

This house is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance from Myoshinji Station near Ninna-ji Temple.

The site shape was a flagpole lot. The site was designed under the condition that it was difficult to obtain sunlight because of the proximity of neighboring houses to the north, southeast, and south.

There was a waterway on the west side of the lot.
The plan was based on the clue that "the southwest side of the second floor might be able to see the mountains in the distance and get some sunlight.

There is not much of a view from the first floor, The bedrooms, children's room, and water supply were placed on the first floor, and the LDK with a top light was placed on the second floor.

The client has a deep love and knowledge of design, and the process of sharing this knowledge and working together on the details was very fulfilling.
The result is a beautiful and high quality home.
