京都御所のすぐそば、今出川駅から徒歩5分のトンネル路地を抜けた先にこのお家はあります。
幅12m、奥行3mの長方形の建物です。

このお家には２つの庭があります。できる限り空間が庭に面するように
中央を玄関として、リビングとダイニングキッチンを左右に配置しました。

ダイニングキッチンは10㎡程のオーニング付テラスに面しており、引き込み戸を開け放つと空間を拡張できます。
お家の中央上部に3帖畳敷きのロフトを設けダイニングキッチン側からハシゴを上がり寝室としました。


This house is located at the end of a tunnel alley, a 5-minute walk from Imadegawa Station, close to the Kyoto Gosho (Kyoto Imperial Palace).
It is a rectangular building 12 meters wide and 3 meters deep.

The house has two gardens.
As much space as possible faces the gardens.
The entrance in the center of the house, the living room, bathroom are located on the left side, the dinning room and kitchen located on the right side.

The dining room and kitchen is adjacent a 10㎡ terrace with an awning, which can be extended by opening the sliding door.
Aplox 5 ㎡ tatami mat loft is located in the upper center of the house, and a ladder goes up from the dining and kitchen side to the bedroom.
