30代のご夫婦と小さなお子さんの３人家族のためのコンパクトなお家です。
外壁は意匠性とメンテナンス性を兼ね備えた焼き杉です。コンパクトながらもしっかりとした存在感があります。家の中にたくさんの気持ち良い場所をつくることを意識してプランしました。

敷地は傾斜のある住宅街で、南側には境界ギリギリまでお隣さんが建っていました。
道路側(南西)に駐車スペース１台分と植栽スペースを確保しつつ、北東側には小さなプライベートガーデンを配置しました。
プライベートガーデンは将来、お隣さんの庭木との境界が曖昧になり、お互いにとって気持ちの良い境界になることを意識しました。

家の中心に吹抜けのあるダイニングを設けることで、いろんな場所から視線が抜け開放感を感じながら室内を大きく使うことができる間取りです。

This compact house is for a family of three, a couple in their 30s and a small child.
The exterior walls are of baked ceder board, a material that combines design and ease of maintenance.
We planed to create many cozy and comfortable places inside the house.

The site is in a residential area with a slope, and the neighbor was built on the south side just to the edge of the boundary.
We secured a parking space for one car and planting space on the road side (southwest), and placed a small private garden on the northeast side.
We hope that the private garden would blur the boundary with the neighbor's garden trees in the future, making it a pleasant for both parties.

By placing a dining room with the atrium in the center of the house, the floor plan allows for a large indoor space with a sense of openness that allows the eye to pass through from various locations.
